[Amara casting a spell]

Blender and Clip studio Paint is a combination I've never seen before. How did you do it? Character animation in Blender and Background and effects in Clip Studio?

The character is entirely Blender. The background eye and encroaching void effects at the beginning are also Blender; they're flat planes with some shader node shenanigans. The foreground spell effects and impact frames near the end are Clip Studio. I drew over the rendered frames in post.
